Avocado Kale Smoothie Recipe

The avocado kale smoothie is comparable to an avocado smoothie with the addition of greens. To put it another way, it’s still tasty but has more nutrients.

It’s odd that I’m writing this after the blueberry kale smoothie. I should definitely use a different green veggie in my next recipe.

Let’s make this smoothie for the time being!

How to Make Avocado Kale Smoothie?

As always, wash your fresh fruits and vegetables first.

Second, after extracting the lemon juice, add the milk into the blender.

Keep the rest of the lemon in a sealed jar in the fridge. It will be fine to use for the next few days. If you don’t intend to use it straight away, you can even freeze it.

Next, prepare the kale and avocado. Simply remove the fibrous stem from the kale and toss it in the blender to prepare it.

The avocado is prepared the old-fashioned way. Cut the other half in half, twist, then pull to remove it. Remove the seed. Then, scoop the fruit into the blender with a spoon.

The ice cubes can then be formed. That does not appear to be the case. To put it another way, you can now fill the mixer with ice and close the lid.

Blend the avocado and kale smoothie on high until it is fully smooth. A Vitamix blending machine mixes in 45 seconds on average, depending on the power of your blender.

Substitutions and Add-Ins

You just need half a lemon’s worth of juice, so use half or less. If you don’t, it’ll turn into lemonade.

To make it a little sweeter, add a banana. If it becomes too creamy, though, remove it. Simply increase the liquid amount. Superfoods such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, and others can be added for extra nourishment. You can incorporate a protein powder in the avocado kale smoothie if you have any on hand.
