The Hint of Mint Smoothie Recipe

The Vitamix’s Hint of Mint Smoothie soon became a family favorite after we tried it. It’s delicious and, more importantly, it’s healthy!

The majority of kids despise spinach or any other greens. What happens, though, when you combine it with this delicious mint smoothie? They’ll almost certainly consume it without hesitation. To put it another way, they are rewarded with both a pleasant and healthful treat. To be sure, this is a win-win situation.

Alternatives and Tips

To give it a more tropical flavor, use coconut water. Because it’s a bit pricy where I live, I only do it once in a while. What is the final outcome? It’s fantastic, but you’ll have to experience it for yourself to believe it.

You can also adjust the amount of mint to suit your tastes. I enjoy the minty flavor and use it on occasion.

The pineapple is the primary source of natural sugar in the hint of mint smoothie. Green grapes, on the other hand, are an afterthought. In any event, if you don’t want your smoothie to be overly sweet, you can minimize the amount of these fruits in it.

You can also use canned pineapple chunks or frozen pineapple chunks from the grocery. You may significantly reduce the prep time by chopping a huge fresh pineapple instead of chopping a large fresh pineapple.

Tip: Freeze your ingredients ahead of time if you want your drink to be extra chilly. This will also be ideal in the summer. What could be better? This is a fantastic technique to keep ripe fruits that won’t be used right away.

Here’s the thing: the hint of mint smoothie may be made in any blender you have at home. To get that “smoothness,” you’ll need a Vitamix blender. It’s a touch pricey, but there are also less expensive options, such as the New Vitamix ONE or the Vitamix E310.
