Basic Tropical Smoothie Recipe

This basic tropical smoothie is included in the simple recipes, along with the strawberry banana smoothie. Because it only has three components, it’s a walk in the park.

The following is how it works:

Any tropical fruit can be used to make a tropical smoothie. The main ingredients, in my opinion, are pineapple and mango.

What’s the better option? One of the best summer smoothies is this one.

Let’s get blending without further ado!

How to Make Basic Tropical Smoothie?

It’s as easy as putting all of the ingredients in a blender, first with the liquid, then the soft, and last the frozen.

The following is how it works:

I used a 1:1:1 ratio for this recipe, which is 1 cup of each ingredient. Feel free to branch out and try new things. If you wish, you can boost the mango flavor. If you like pineapples, increase the amount you eat.

If you’re using frozen fruits, you’ll need to double the amount of liquid in the smoothie.

You can make a thick smoothie bowl by halving the liquid in the basic tropical smoothie. You can also make a frozen dessert by removing the liquid entirely if you have a powerful blender.

Substitutions and Add-Ins

Coconut water will be the best choice for the tropical smoothie when compared to other liquid bases. Of course, you can use any liquid you like. Coconut water, as you may be aware, has a distinct flavor that complements the tropical theme nicely.

On a very other note:

In some areas, mangoes are available all year. The pineapple is in a similar situation. Their peak, on the other hand, occurs throughout the spring and summer months. Frozen chunks should be available even if they aren’t in your grocery store.

Here are some more details:

You may make a green smoothie by adding a cup or two of your favorite green veggie to a basic tropical smoothie. This variance can be seen in spinach.

Superfoods like goji berries, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and others can be utilized to improve the nutritional value in addition to veggies. Because it’s already creamy and sweet, I don’t recommend adding bananas.
