- 1 avocado
- 1 kale
- 2 cups of ice
Begin by cleaning and cutting your fresh ingredients.
Add the ingredients one by one, in the order specified, to your blender and fasten the lid.
Use the smoothie mode on your blender if it has one. If not, start with the slowest speed and work your way up to the maximum power.
Blend for 45 seconds or until the desired texture is achieved (depending on the power of your blender).
