- 240 gm green grapes
- 100 gm loosely packed spinach
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 2½ cup (385 gm) fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup (130 gm) ice cubes
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients in the order listed and secure the cover.
