- 1½ cup (225 gm) green grapes
- 1 orange, peeled and halved
- ½ lemon, peeled
- ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
- ½ green apple (100 gm), halved and seeded
- 2 cups (260 gm) cups ice cubes
- 1 cup (60 gm) fresh parsley leaves
- 1 cup (150 gm) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup (65 gm) kale
- 1 cup (50 gm) spring greens mix
Prepare all of your ingredients, particularly the orange, lemon, cucumber, and apple.
