The Apple Kale Smoothie is a terrific alternative if you're often on the run. Thanks to the kale, it's also incredibly healthful.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (120 mL) water
  • 1 cup (150 gm) green grapes
  • ½ peeled and seeded oranges
  • ½ halved and seeded green apples
  • 2 Cups (130 gm) kale
  • 2 cups (260 gm) ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Get all of the ingredients ready.
  • In a blender, combine the ingredients in the order listed.
  • Blend on low for 45 seconds or until smooth, increasing to high as needed.
