  • 2 cups (245 gm) frozen pineapple

  • In a blender, add each ingredient one at a time, in the order specified, and close the lid.
  • Gradually increase the pace from lowest to highest. If your smoothie maker has an automated setting, use it.
  • Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
