  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • Blend all of the ingredients in the order listed in a blender. After that, the lid should be secured.
  • If your blender has one, select the automatic smoothie mode. Otherwise, blend for 45 seconds or until smooth.
