Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (130 gm) ice cubes
  • 2 cups (240 gm) sliced cucumber
  • ½ (30 gm) ripe and peeled avocado
  • tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp fresh lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Begin by zesting the lime (1 teaspoon)
  • Pour half of the water into the container and squeeze the lime juice out.
  • Add the other ingredients and ice to the top.
  • Blend on high for 45 seconds, or until perfectly smooth.
