Blood Orange Cranberry Smoothie Recipe

Although the blood orange cranberry smoothie isn't ideal, it's certainly better than nothing. The combination of sweet blood orange and acidic cranberries is a great combination. And, most importantly, it's a healthy drink!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp goji berries
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Begin by cleaning and cutting your fresh ingredients.
  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients (except the chia) in the order listed and secure the lid.
  • Use the smoothie mode on your blender if it has one. If not, start with the slowest speed and work your way up to the maximum power.
  • While mixing, add the chia seeds.
  • Blend for 45 seconds or until desired texture is achieved (depending on how powerful your blender is).
